Renewable Energy

Renewable Energy Research group is active group in the department under the leadership of Dr. R. M. Moharil and Dr. S. G. Kadwane. The department has Renewable Energy System Laboratory for UG and PG students. A team of dedicated faculty comprising Dr. S. P. Adhau, Prof. X. R. Pote, and Prof. A. P. Munshi are working on various projects. The major projects taken under this group includes “Design and development of Solar Simulator”, “Low Cost Solar Water Heater”, “Design and Development of Solar Characterization Kit”, “Solar Drier”, “Solar bicycle”, “Design and simulation of Global MPPT technique for Solar Photovoltaic Module”, “fuel Cell” etc.
