The department has well equipped laboratories and has close interactions with the leading industries for research and development. The range of methodologies includes experimental studies, mathematical modeling and optimization of thermal components and systems. Our thrust areas are heat transfer alternative fuel for IC engine, refrigeration and air conditioning.
